A Butterfly Life
Life
Like colored butterflies
flies by across the sky
as you look out the window
driving by
Life
It ends so quick
Life
is only lived once
I want to live fully and still fulfill
the promises my mother made
She promised she would graduate
She promised she would beat cancer
And in death, maybe she did
She promised to live fully
Because happiness and Joy are fleeting
Like butterflies
