bye

I picked up the phone,

I giggled in excitment,

you said excuse me who is this,

my only reply was your daughter,

I tried calling you again,

you change your number when our relationship was just starting to begin,

everything thing always comes to an end,

letting things go is your biggest trend,

you choked my mother,

spanked my baby brother,

last we spoke you found another,

I hope she is just like you because you two deserve each other,

why do I keep looking for more hurt and pain,

in that case why not just stand in acidic rain,

too many emotions you've begin to drain,

i've had the worst thoughts about you in my brain,

I guess father this is my way of telling you bye,

I tried to hard to find and connect with you although I don't know why,

just one question-did you even try,

no anwser is better than a lie.

Iḿ M, I like reading, writing, cooking, acting, and helping others. Good luck to other poets out there, and never give up on your dreams. No matter how hard it seems.
