Bye Santa (Ballad)

Cheyanne Smith

Bye Santa

(Ballad)

Everyone has their climax

What a long night it was

Childlike joy cries

Kill my belief in Santa Claus

5 Slipped through the cracks

What could’ve been the cause

Just some fairytales and lies

But my thoughts were a faux pas

Older-me would tell younger-me to relax

10 Put your little-life on pause

It’s hard to live in this state-of-mind

Already having youth withdrawals

Sometimes I wish I could go back

Break down these climbing walls

15 Regretting my grown-up thoughts because I

Stopped believing in Santa Claus
