The Cage

She walks around with pain in her heart,

keeping the hurt on the inside.

She thinks no one cares about who she really is.

Being plagued on the inside with a song that needs to be heard,

but why must that beautiful bird hush her singing just to keep the rest of the world happy?

She shouldn't. She should raise her voice and recieve the recognition she deserves.

Breaking out of the cold rot iron cage is the only way to be noticed.

Sitting on the sidelines doesn't solve problems.

It creates them.

She no longer wants to be the problem.

She wants to solve it.
