A Caged Heart

The heart of one who struggles is caged. A secret never to be spoken, and emotions running like a waterfall, feelings soar like a bird in the trees- the caged heart just wants to be free. One wants to tell the world- let it run, let it free, imprisoned like a convict is the heart that rest in thee. The days like infinity, with clocks moving at snails' pace, the caged heart is never free to run a lovers race. When words are taped and chained- Emotions flooding the streets, the caged heart is never let free- it is held as captive inside me...
