Caged No More
In today's day and age
People sit their life inside a cage
All afraid to pick the lock
They spend their time watching the clock
They focus on items that matter not
They consume without a second thought
We need to get back to the days of old
Only then will man see the cage
That has trapped them throughout the age
They will then break the lock
And flutter free to that tree they have always seen
Society has us stuck in these roles
It is up to us to break the status quo
