Cal
Glorious, the light,
laughter freely in flight.
Safety in arm,
tucked in and warm.
Beautiful soul,
tainted, sad, but whole
Fragile and pure,
no temptations can lure.
Boisterous and loud,
set apart from the crowd.
Funny and kind,
even when left behind.
Loving and fierce,
foes he will pierce.
Talented and strong,
they quail before long.
His loyalty abounds,
my heart he surrounds.
Illuminating my life,
soon to be husband and wife.
