Some hate us because we're "white"

Some hate us because we're not white.

Some hate us because they can.

Because no one will stop them.

Because they always have.

We're the most attacked minority

684 hate crimes in 2016 alone

but yet,

we're forgotten.

We're the oldest monotheistic religion

inspiring Christianity and Islam

but yet,

we're forgotten.

We're people

walking the same streets as you

reading the same news as you

but yet

you dont care like we do. 

You look over the attacks

You look over verbal abuse

You look over the discrimination

because... I don't know why.

Call it what it is

Antisemitism.

They hated me in Ancient Egypt.

They hated me in Medieval Spain.

They hated me in Modern Europe.
