a call for peace

put down your guns

put down your guns

I beg you please stop all the violence

America used to be the land of peace

now bloodshed is rampant and with that more are deceased

the graves of those who fought for our country

must be honored but serve as a warning

we must end all this fighting

before it is too late

the land of libertys bells ring

tis a call for justice

once the land of the free and the home of the brave

now stained red with blood and false hope

we must strive for greatness and end the voilence

live up to our name and answer the call for peace

if we truly want to influence the human race.
