The calm before the storm

I walk through the tall grass and this is what I see the tree's and the bee's with a stream running free The sky is the color of sapphire blue the sun warming me through and through and to soak up its rays is all I want to do But off in the distant way I see the beginings of the end of sun and day and I can hear the rumble of thunder and the howl of wind from where I lay Lightning lights up the sky like bronze so unlike the colors at the break of dawn and the sound echo's and echo's on It is the calm before the beginings of a storm

<p>Thanks. And to answer your question I live out in the middle of now where so nature all around me is untouched by everyday life very often, and you can see storms rolling in from miles away before they actually hit. I love to sit and watch them and one night I just decided to try and capture the feel of it</p>

<p>Good piece seemed to flow well and the rhyme wasn&#39;t forced at all was almost like a children&#39;s bed time poem. What inspired you to write this</p>
