Calm Before the Storm
It's the calm before the storm.
You know, when everything feels quiet and numb?
I like to call it the calm before the storm because that's what happens before a massive storm hits.
Everything is calm, but you know something bad is about to happen.
Honestly, the calm before the storm is probably the scariest part of it.
When is it going to hit?
How bad is it going to be?
Will I survive this storm?
I consider the storm the depressive episode, or any mental health episode really.
It's the highest of the highs, then its just the high, and then things go calm. Bad calm.
When is the storm going to hit?
Please God, please let me survive this storm. I'll do anything!
I'm scared of this storm. Very scared.
It's the calm before the storm.
