Calvary

About seven years ago in my mind I almost had the near opportunity to ride down a road named Calvary.
My mother said Jesus already did so I didn’t have to
I resent her words.
 I am unbelievable.
I wish I could’ve ridden down that road,
I said it was heavily shaded in a way that made me nervous
shade to hide myself in, I like to hide my sins.
This road and I were made for each other.
It was 96 degrees fahrenheit that day
That Bradbury novel could have been the next reference,
I’m quite lazy that way.
My dystopian mind makes way for the last sad line
I’m quite sad that way.

I love to write short stories and poems, I would like to write films and for television one day.
