Cameron

Cameron,

I know it's been a minute since we talked

A year and a half to be exact

but I just wanna let you know that I didn't forget about you.

I didn't forget about your bright brown eyes

babylike smile

goofy ass laugh

or dumbass Kangaroo hat

naw, I didn't

how could I?

The day I first met you, I thought you were weird

but a good weird

the type of weird where you know off the bat "we gon be hella cool"

you used to jone on errbody

but would get REAL quiet when we'd get to joning on you.

You used to bump K-dot like he was the savior

and would argue from dawn to dusk over whether J-cole was better.

When I found out what happened to you I was hysterical

The news reported it as 3 young men ages 20,21, and 22 ejected out of a car

but I saw it as 3 sons

cousins

nephews

and friends gone too soon

I don't know if you know this but that night I said a little prayer just for you

I prayed to God hoping that he'd bring you back

hoping that we could all hear your laugh just one more time

they say "the more you love something the harder it is to lose"

and their right.

We might have lost you physically

but deep down I know you looking down on us probably bumping "DAMN" right now.

I love you Cameron, save me a little spot up in heaven and best believe when we meet up again we getting T'd up.
