can i change

Everyday is Hell.

Everyday I go through the motions

I engage in the small talk

I try my best to socialize

Everyday my head is filled with fog

my mind is a heavy cloud- saturated with things I don't want people to know,

Everyday, I wonder how long I have been like this, how long will this last-

will I ever be OK.

I say to myself:

Tomorrow-

I will be better

I will smile

-be the cause of my own happiness

become a person who is confident in themselves

Tomorrow:

I can do it

I should try

Tomorrow I will not use the bathroom as a sanctuary,

I will not seek peace in the stall where I am alone.

Tomorrow I will be brave.

Tomorrow is hope,

Everyday is my reality.
