Can one save up thought?

Proverbs 23:7

For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.
“Eat and drink!” he says to you,
But his heart is not with you.

Storage

It has been a few days ... where is the time to write?

Are words disappearing slowly into the background?

Did they not come forward cause of hiding in “despite”

to wait for another day ... hoping to be found?

Can one save up thoughts ... somewhere in storage?

Who can find them later on or even separate the mess?

It must be an unwritten law ... to use them as foliage

to let them dry on the vine and to later turn into “guess”

Maybe somewhere in the past ... is our greatest treasure

if possible to recover thought ... that we then neglected

Parts of self discarded ... impossibly now to measure

somewhere caught in memory ... to be at judgment resurrected
