Something special about me and you

We both have separate paths and going in different directions

We enjoy each other company although the times where few

It’s that connection we have, both me and you

It keeps us smiling, laughing, sharing and all sorts

Yet we hide how we feel and have private thoughts

I remember that night we had a drink or two

We stole a kiss and still no one knew

It felt so nice, and just right as guilt crept in

But we pretend like it never happened
