Can you hear

Can you hear my cries at night?

Can you see my mental fight?

Can you see my tear struct face?

Can't you see my silent pleads?

Can't you see that I'm need?

Can't you see this is all in my head?

These are my questions before I go to bed.

Can you see my family try to help?

But the only one that can help me is myself?

Do you think this is all pretend?

Would you lend a helping hand?

Would you walk right by me as you do the people begging for change?

Would you stop me from confiding in you my pain?

Can you hear?
