Can you hear me

A few days ago I got a txt message It was on my nephew's birthday party The mother of the dear one who passed She asked if I could go over and see her To talk to her and catch up I froze I wanted to cry For the longest time I wanted to visit I wanted to stop by AMD check up on her But I couldnt face reality I couldn't walk into that house again Not without you there But I said I would go So the next day I went I took wine I took your favorite type of sweets I swallowed my fear and held back my tears I drove up to the house AMD parked outside I was so scared to get out of my car But your mother was there waiting for me at the door I stayed at your house for 7 hours talking to her I took her out to eat and to go shopping She told me she was always alone at the house And she was wondering g how i was doing I cried and held her close So here i am standing in front of your grave Telling you what's been going on I've only been here once before and I'm on my knees heading my face in my hands while the tears flow out of my eyes Can you hear me? I miss you Everyone misses you... Please keep an eye on her for I wont be around after 2 months Can you hear me? Can you see me? Are you here with me? I miss you

My work goes with the beat of how I feel to when I remember a memory I want to talk about it to random thoughts
