Can't Decipher

Emotions so mixed and twisted

That you could be tangled in knots for years and never surface

You see a pretty lady and your jaw drops 

But you can't help but wonder if you liked a bit more

Something so wrong yet it is so curious

You were raised to believe it's wrong

But lately your questioning everything

Your so lost and have no guide 

Like a man stranded on a deserted island 

Your clueless but you try something 

Something risky

Something just to test how it feels

No one would approve but you do it anyway

You can't tell if your right about it

But you try

The person seems to fit in with you

Like no person before ever has

You bond instantaneously 

You feel a connection

Friend or lover?

You must know

You must decipher

Decipher how you really feel

God how wrong I feel

For it to be easy to just know 

Would be amazing

The type of amazing when you dream that all your goals are done 

And you have lived a wonderful life

But you haven't 

Your a child 

You don't understand yourself 

So go

Go find yourself and how you feel
