Can't Feel It
Somtimes it hurts so much that you can't feel it. Somtimes the touch is so hot, it feels like snow. Somtimes it hurts so much that you can't feel it. When your sense of touch is no more. I'll say it never heart because my nerves were ripped away and I'll say it didn't burn but the ashes have a lot to say. I think I could feel a knife in my chest, so I must not be in pain if I'm still feeling my best.
Sometimes it hurts so much that I can't feel it. Can't feel the blood driping down when I'm numb. Somtimes it hurts so much that you can't feel it. So you belive him when he says you're the one. Oh, sweatheart, I need you to understand; it dosn't mean it's not pain cause he is holding your hand. Pressure strips away pain, we all know it's true. I guess he has a lot to hide from holding on to you.
When you have felt all that you can feel, the sweetnothings really do seem real.
So the mind can be calloused, tricked into thinking that it's drinking from a chalice.
