Can't Live Without You

If I had to choose

One thing to lose

And one thing to gain

I would lose materials

And gain a

Best friend

Lindsey is the best friend anyone could ever have

I honestly don't know what I'd do

Without her by my side

All my life since I was fourteen

She's been there for me

In my hour of need

True we live

1536 miles

Away from each other

But she is my rock

If I need someone to talk to

She's there

Seven and a half years of

Endless committment

To each other and to

God

I think I'd have gone

Crazy

If it weren't for her

Living without her is the

One thing I cannot imagine

My life would be

Empty

A pit

Of despair

She is gold and

Silver all in one

Rubies and

Diamonds

Chocolate and

Peanut butter

Peanut butter and

Jelly

We are like those things

Together because it

Makes sense

And I

Can live

Without my

Books.

But I can not

Live without

My best

Friend and

Honest sister

Lindsey Adams

My

Shield.

My power to go on lies in this

Astounding friendship.

My source of inspiration.

Fierce like a lion, she is a protector

And I am proud to call her my truest friend

And our friendship, it will never end

Because I need her like others need their phones or technology or their significant others.

She is mine in the way that we are so close

And I could not bear it if anything happened to

Lindsey, with her long brown hair, her deep, rich, throaty laugh.

Her enthusiasm unites people together, and I'll be the first to say it made me unite with her.

I cannot live without my dear friend, so don't ever go away.

Forever please stay.
