Can't you

Full stomach, empty heart Knives pierced in deep Cracked smiles staying intact Demons follow as I sleep Cuts run away from healing They scratch me constantly Cuts keep me forever reeling As I'm stuck here hopelessly Wounds run deep inside Can you soothe it like silk I can't even though I tried Make it as smooth as milk Im hurt and helpless The sun burns me from day to day Stranded in this wilderness My injury's ache no matter what I say Voices screeching Can't you hear it Voices begging Cant you feel it Why do I have the pain Why are you still sane
