canvas

blushed a pattern roundabout,

and mid-toned pink lights

sound it out

-

fading creamy yellow blurs,

peel and swill, crumbled, sore

-

a shade too dark amid

a peach just right,

white hues blanket mint goodnight

-

shapely rose spots dotted red

swirl and plunder water bed

-

makeshift pallet gray and blue

crater crimson puddles new,

pale umber like raw midnight

bleeding in titanium white

-

violent magic in thick sea-green

truest indigo serene

-

cerulean sweeping canvas bare

petal gold sift pewter wear,

gunmetal silver trimmed with ash

earthtone blush, clipped pitch black

-

burnt oasis color-stripped

wasteland barren,

perfect.
