Canvas Sky

The sun is a wonderful painter,

At morn, paints with briliant hues,

Oranges, reds, pinks and yellows,

At midday the lightest of blues.

At eve, it reflects the colors of morning,

For those who treasure the past,

At night, when the sun hides, the moon and the stars

Can shine forth their light at last.
