capital airs

(07/29/2019)

7:42pm

when i write,

whether it be to you,

or me

in my feelings

(there's something i want you to know..)

i hate HATE hate capital letters in my poems.

especially in the beginnings.

looks so ugly,

feels so out place in my pocket brain

who do you think you are?

big bullies taking up space

i'll beat you up,

till you shrink

well that's after you lose confidence and self-worth.

then you'll stay with me and we can become friends,

cuz

i once lost confidence and self-worth.

then i got beat down and

i grew up

and saw that i'm a light.
