Captain of My Soul

I am the maker of my fate, The captain of my soul,

I choose my path and the way; I choose to be in control.

I am the one who decides, what actions I will take,

No one else is responsible, For the choices I make.

Whether it's a yes or no, I am either good or bad,

I am the one to determine the life I'll have, happy or sad.

For I live with the result, of every choice I make,

I am responsible, For the damage I cause or break.

If I hurt myself or others, It is my choice to do so,

And I must accept the consequence of every action I sow.

I make the decisions, that shape my life every day,

I either grow and prosper or stumble and fall along the way.

So, I embrace my power, to choose and take control,

For I am the master of my fate, The captain of my soul.
