Carl.

I looked up.

For the first time,

I saw you.

I saw me.

My eyes,

Yours.

My face,

The resemblance.

My hands,

Yours.

The birthmark on my left palm,

You even had that too.

My height,

Yours.

My smile,

Yours.

But my heart,

You could never.

My mind,

You have no idea.

This pain,

You caused.

The time,

You missed.

This struggle,

Mine.

This person,

Mine

This happiness,

Mine.

This life,

Mine.
