Carrie

My heart aches when you talk about love,
Because I know it's not me you're thinking of.
I want to be the one your eyes light up for,
Even though I can't have you anymore.
So tell me about carrie,
All about her eyes,
Or the way she smiles
when she’s surprised.
What is in her that you see,
So that maybe i could pretend
Carrie is me.
