Castaway

Castaway

I am Castaway

Cast Away

I am in this unfamiliar land

Surrounded by trees and sand

This place feels so empty and hostile

Yet still one thing makes me smile

There was still one thing that gave me hope

My Saving Grace My Lord its not a joke

Every morning I woke up and prayed and every night

and every time I Prayed throught the dark He would shine His light

This was my normal routine day after day

until at long i began to despair and caused me to say

My God My God why have You forsaken me?

Everyday I praised You and yet You still do not even see

My anger my depair my hate and my fear

and as quick as the flash of lightning I heard a heavenly cheer

My son you are mine and I am yours forever and a day

I have never left you and will never I heard Him say

I now know that My God is with me wherever I may go

and I hope to pass this along to anyone who wishes so that they may know

If you are alone then there is one thing that you cannot live without

The Good Lord in your heart beyond a doubt

is the only way you can survive on the island of Castaways

He is mine now and I am his I am found and now say

I Am Free

He has made me see

I am no longer CastAway

I Am Free.
