Casting Fears From Humanity
A cold, whimsical breath, sweeps across my being
This bitter wind feels harsh, and harbors a darker purpose I'm not seeing
This foreign curse that I'm experiencing is freezing myself in place
I can't move an inch of my body, not even twitch a muscle on my face
My motor skills are deteriorating, and vanishing with each chilling wave
This useless body shows an eerie similarity to one in a grave
Fear, so captivating, that it traps you like an ice cage, unable to make a sound
I am truly lost in this abyss, no where to be found
But fear is surmountable, your strong will makes it faster
To finally overcome this tyrant feeling, and become its master
Without the shackles of fear, I can fly at last
For being afraid is just an insignificant part of my past
