The Castle in her Mind

Location

Nigeria

Now that I am the Lord of the Castle in her mind,

I instructed her to chase away the tenants, lest they be my rivals:

For before I became the Lord, she did have tenants of any kind.

I instructed her; “Let us make love rituals,

That I might be thy only Lord forever.”

I’ve surrounded the castle in her mind with salivary moat

Gotten through the kisses of our mouth like never

Before, so that she welcomes no goat.

I’ve chosen to be the battlement of the castle in her mind;

That I may see aloof and fight the danger to come.

Ain’t I a good Lord of the Castle in her mind?

For I hear her spirit commending me; “A Perfect Lord Castle, thou art become!”

And when I see her close to danger,

I’d like to be the machicolation of the Castle in her mind,

That I mayest protect her from the dangerous intruder.

Tell me. Ain’t I a perfect mind Castle Lord of any kind?

The Castle in her mind! The Castle in her mind!

Oh, how privileged I am to be the Lord of the Castle in her mind.
