the catalyst.

it started when

my heart beat stopped,

and i knew the night better than my own skin.

it started when

i needed a mother and she wasn't there,

because she was there too much.

it started when

and pioneers finally found me.

it started when

it started when

i learned how beautiful i could be,

with a little bit of practice getting there.
