A Catcher in the Rye

What sickens me the most is how you assume,

that the twists in my nature should be be fixed or re-tuned.

I'm a spiral not a linear line.

I'm a shape that you could never define.

A system that wreaks of pure psychopathy.

The rhythm of a sikh with a master's in audacity.

I was never here to play along.

My way is still the unsung song.

Are you the die that's cast or the one who casts the die?

Could you overthrow the need to leave your conscience behind?

In the screenplay that is life;

I am the catcher in the rye.

In the depravity of right;

i am the one who chose to die.

In this catstrophe called life;

i am the catcher in the rye.

I have retained my semblence side.

I will not confirm or deny.

Yeti Noone

poet, mystic. Wrote it but somehow... missed it. Dark prose is somewhat of an artform of mine. Each portrait is akin to a dark meditation on the human condition/consciousness or lack thereof.
