Cave Woman

i have lived in a cave most of my years

dragging around a trail of tears

eyes too blue to see the white

heart too cold to see the light

cheeks so damp i hardly feel

rock hard brain and hands of steel

a caveman is not what they say he is

for he's a mister and she is a miss

she does not sit around all day

waiting for dinner to be made

despite her sadness and agony within

nothing is stronger than a cave woman
