Celestina

Her smile as bright as the sun,

Enthusiasm as dull as a third graders pencil.

Her beautiful locks entrance my soul,

Pessimism as reoccuring as the moon.

Her laugh as addicting as the deadliest drug,

Bitterness as painful as rejection of the heart.

Yet, through all the contradiction, I can't help but love her.

I can't help but regret not being all the girl she needed me to be.

Through every smile that passes me by, I'm haunted by the memory of hers.

Heavenly sin could best describe that wonderful being that no longer exists in my life.

I can't live without the memory of her, no matter how hard I try.
