Chained heart

I fight and struggle with all that I am, with all that I have, to finally be freed from this slave I’ve become to this love that’s beautiful and torturous all in itself Ironically speaking this very heart that is beating deep within my very being is pure without condition freely given knows not a limit even as you begin to rip it Drop by drop they fall and shatter, left tattered and leaking, streaming drops of pain and love combined, I am forever bind and bound to the pounding of this beat.
