Every one of us

Has a place where we go

Where we dance, we sing, we love, we fly, we see, we know... we do.

And then we wake up.

And we step into our world where we just stay.

And we move in a tight circle

Never stretching, never growing, never becoming anything new

It is as if... as if...

We are bound.

We are bound by these chains, these hard chains

Created by each one of us

For one another.

We bind our brothers and sisters

We bind by mouth

We bind by eye

We bind by hand

We bind by heart.

Break free?

So few do

Why not us?

Break our own chains

In this prison.
