Challenge of poetry

I don’t write poetry much.

But when I do.

Mixed feelings come around

I write because I have to.

My teacher tells me to.

Hopefully I can enjoy it.

Sometimes life is difficult.

Learn to be even more difficult.

Writing my interest is the best.

Learning to go into the state of mind.

The mind of instinct.

To just create from instinct.

Makes time fly by.

Challenge is a part of life.

You can embrace it.

Or run from it.

Poetry is a challenge to write.

Doing your best can be a challenge.

Poetry is not my friend.

Writing poetry gives feelings.

Like an artist creating something good.

Feels good to finish.

To learn you embraced challenge.

To have a feeling of completeness.

You just finished the race.

Like I am now.
