Change

Change. To make or become different.

How am I different from those few months ago?

How did I change from one thing to another?

It's simple to write, but spoken words make it all more difficult.

Do you want to hear the story? I can make it short.

God.

Yes God.

He made me different and I am still me.

No green hair or crazy piercings.

I am me.

I was changed in the way I live.

I was changed in the way I love God.

I was changed in the way I talk, the way I speak, the way i think.

I was changed in the way I pray.

I was changed in the way I walk.

I was changed in the way I talk about God, the way I listen to Him, the way I talk to Him.

He made me different.

God.

Yes God.

Do you understand how I am different? No of course not, you didn't know me back then.

You cannot judge me for who I am.

You listened to the story, did you even listen correctly?

How was I changed, can you tell me?

I made it short just for you.

God knows.

Yes God.

He knows exactly how I changed.

He knows my full story. How does he you may ask?

He created my very story and it wasn't a hard task.

He meant for this all to happen, and I thank him.

God.

Yes God.

I thank you. I thank you for Change. To make or become different.

I found that poetry is the one and only way to fully get out what's stuck in my mind/ heart. A dear friend of mine encouraged me to write poetry and ever since then, I've written these poems. In less then a year, my poems have become well liked amongst friends and family. The first 15 I posted are the first 15 I did in a year's time. I write for me, and for other people who want to read them. If you don't like what I write, then don't be hateful. Only be critical.
