Change

Ah, the one question that is haunting

as some may say

what would you change

happiness- what we thrive for

are you happy

am i happy

how do we know

so many questions yet

that might be the problem in it all

too caught up in that phone, tablet, computer

to even realize that you aren't happy

so why do we torture ourselves

going to work for long hours

yet we come home and complain

maybe it might rain

might make us upset

but the one question is

why are we not happy

thats the one thing i would change

though small, pwerful at the same time

happiness should be effortless

its not and my hopes are for it to be so effortless

like the wind blowing through the air

the sun shining

birds cirping

flowers growing

happiness

happiness is what this world needs
