Change

One thing to change in this distraction we call life

Some would change finance, get husband or wife

But i want a difference, to start a new bit

No harm upon enemies out of hatred and strife

I want the lack of understanding and that hate that comes with it

No more bashing, shunning, or misfit

We hate what we don't understand

Like Math, Chemistry, and English Lit

Acceptance is something i stand

But it seems now in days, it's been banned

Just go through the motions and follow the crowd

Society and culture hangs on a strand

Admitting faults, no we're too proud

Instead of improving arguments our voices get loud

No real reason to hate, except for misunderstanding

I thought equality was something we vowed

Instead we classify and start branding

Acceptance of the unknown is all I'm demanding
