Change

A closed cavern of undeserved yearning,

Unchanged, frozen, deaf to society,

Fervor unaccepted; and bleak is she,

Cold glass so fragile, and yet still learning.

Merciless frigid waters, still churning,

Passion absent glaciers upon the sea,

Surfing tide unaided by surety,

Contingency and forlorn keep turning.

Fervency so sudden, calming the blue,

fixated is the heart, in the quiet,

Abated diamonds become beaming gems.

Stentorian stares quietly break though,

Breaching stone, barefacedly delicate,

Graceful gait upon the newfound freedom.
