Change

Do you believe a life could change?
I've been living for myself,
Is there a second chance?
I've been weak for so long,
Without You I can barely stand.

Spent to much time on my sins,
The demons locked within.
Wondering if there even is another side,
My transgressions I'll try to hide.
My life isn't gonna change,
If I'm not willing to change.
Been caring about the words of my haters,
Rather than the plans of my Creator.
Maybe there is a purpose to this poetry,
I no longer live in Christ, Christ lives in me.

I just pray that I can change.
I will try to clean up my act,
Can You help me fix my eyes?
I am a new creation,
Put my faith in Jesus Christ.
