Change

Change is inevitable

Yet the thought puts us in reverse

A thought can make you feel ineligible

A pause is taken before attempting the unrehearsed

We try to blame others but we are credible

We feel something different is a curse

Yet it is the next step

We talk of making something happen

But change makes fear pep

Change can make some nuts, but others may start crackin

Without change the rate will remain constant

But without change people will be stuck

Without change they will face a bigger conflict

So I pray they may be given strength and luck

For change you have to leave

But change sparks a feeling that creates hesitation

Change sparks a feeling where you can’t breathe

For a difference change must happen so fear must meet cessation
