Change Dance

Its a new year.

Where things seem the same.

Each day I hear,

The same old same.

So then why this feeling?

Why this fear?

There is no way of healing,

While I live here.

I need to leave.

Need to get out.

Time to roll up my sleaves,

Pack up and move out.

But wait theres this linger.

This feeling inside.

I hold up my finger,

Only to find,

The same old same

I have known all this time.

Now this is my chance.

Can't turn back now.

It is hard to dance,

But til you try, you'll  never know.
