A Change of Fate

Once more beneath the Stars-

Fate arrived dressed in the beauteous of scars,

And beneath the depths of twisted woe-

Death stopped to deal the final blow.

Sisters of Immortality bind the Stars-

Enslaving Fate to the Silence of rooted bars,

And the purest of Gale-

Shattered the condemned Veil.

As too did the ruin become of the Stars-

 The light of Fate ajars,

And the unblighted Feather falls through

Hope and Fate fade strew.
