change happens

Standing, At the threshold of the rest of our lives. We are off. Nestlings, ready to fly. Jumping off the edge Barely manage to glide The winds the currents jostling your flight whispering, nothings confusing your mind gliding, what freedom. The ground, rapidly Closing in….. Blanking, Panic setting in. The world, Chaotic. The wind, Screaming your name. The motion, The commotion, Life Taking its toll. Feathers, once glossy slowly, dimming and dull. Our songs, all different. Different, Stories to tell. One, of lost love. One, Of love found. We fly To our destinies, Not knowing, What’s what. The sparrow, The eagle, The falcon, It seems, Fly into the nothing. Not knowing, a thing. We are, off. We are, Flying. The sky, so wide, Infinite possibilities. Seeming far beyond our grasp the future undecided the world a place to roam for each and everyone of us who fight for what we know.
