The Change I Wish To See

If I could change one thing,
what would that be?

Would it be the corruption
In the world that we see?
Give the homeless a home,
Set the innocent free?
Give a family to the orphan?
Well if it were up to me,
I’d change the world’s point of view,
Give them a view thats new,
and full of positivity.
Give them a new mentality,
A selflessness and willingness,
A hope for humanity,
And a chance for a better tomorrow.

Then there would be no corruption,
No homelessness,
no child without a family.

I don’t know about you,
But that’s the change I wish to see.
