Change by Kamille Parker

Something is changing in me
That makes me want to engage
Something is changing in me
I am no longer filled with rage
Something is changing in me
I don’t feel stuck in a cage
Something is changing in me
And it’s because I made a choice to rearrange
I’m no longer interested in things of my past
I am interested in things that will last
That will help me surpass
That will teach me to no longer be crass

Something has changed in me
I am made new
Something has changed in me
That will not only be seen by few
Something has changed in me
I will become who I am intended to
Something has changed in me
