A change in life.

You hid behind a bottle, and I tried to find my way I never knew why the alcohol was so important I felt as though my life had just gone grey. I started to lose myself as time went on You never did know how much it killed me inside You came home and poured a drink and thought that nothing was wrong. We once were so close, almost like best friends Until you picked up the bottle and later your life came to an end. It was late at night that we recieved the call, "I am sorry, but you father is gone I didn't understand, I felt so weak, I couldn't even crawl. The night my father's life came to an end, I fell to the ground and knew I couldn't be strong. It was late one night, I lost my best friend.
